Andean Peak in Morning Mist

from $20.00

I spent 11 days in the Peruvian Andes hiking the Huayhuash circuit which was one of the most incredible journeys I have ever been on. It was organized by YouTuber Kraig Adams, and I even made my own video about that trip which I encourage you to watch because it shows the making of all these images and provides more context as well.

This image was made toward the end of that trip and was taken early in the morning before the clouds could burn off.

Two sizes available:

  • 16"x16" printed on Ilford MG Art 300 paper which is 100% cotton rag with an acid free base and a heavy weight of 300gms. It has a matte texture with an eggshell like sheen and is my favorite darkroom paper to print on. This size is limited to an edition of 30 + 2AP.

  • 8"x8" printed on Ilford RC Portfolio Pearl paper which is double-weight 255gsm resin coated paper with a subtle pearlescent finish that helps images look sharp and clear with added depth. This is a much more affordable option that does not have an edition limit and is fantastic for creating a gallery-style wall (check out some of my other prints and create a bundle with a 20% discount on 3 or more of these size prints.)

  • (inquire about larger custom sizes - ryan.bhangdia@gmail.com)

Made with Kodak Tri-X 400 film on a Hasselblad 501CM.

Due to the nature of printing each by hand very slight variations may be present. Please allow 7-10 days for printing and processing.

Prints are signed and come with certificate of authenticity. The 16"x16" variant is also serialized.
